Igor Thiago Nascimento Rodrigues, known simply as Thiago, has emerged as one of Brazil's promising attacking talents. Born on 26 June 2001 in Gama, a small city near Brasília, Thiago's journey to professional football is a testament to resilience and determination. Thiago began his footballing journey with Gremio Ocidental, inspired by his brother, and later honed his skills in futsal before joining the under-17 team of Verê in Paraná. Thiago quickly established himself as a key player, contributing 21 goals in 55 appearances and helping Ludogorets secure back-to-back Bulgarian First League titles in the 2021-22 and 2022-23 seasons, along with a Bulgarian Cup and a Bulgarian Supercup.
