Josep Martínez Riera, born on 27 May 1998 in Alzira, Valencia, has emerged as a prominent figure in the world of football, currently showcasing his skills as a goalkeeper for Serie A giants Inter Milan. Martínez's journey began at Las Palmas, where he joined the club's youth setup after spending time at Barcelona's famed La Masia. In July 2017, he signed a professional contract with Las Palmas, initially featuring for their reserves in Segunda División B.
